課程概述 |
Organizational Behavior (OB) is an interdisciplinary subject. The purpose for our learning OB is to provide a systematic knowledge about human behaviors in organizations. Its content includes the followings: perceptions, values and attitudes, personality, motivation, group dynamics, communication, conflict and negotiation, leadership, power and politics, organization design and organizational culture. I wish that you can apply the knowledge you learn in the semester in your practical works and enhance your work performance. |
課程目標 |
•To solve organizational behavior problems/issues.
•To gain a solid understanding of human behavior in the workplace from an individual, group, and organizational perspective.
• To obtain frameworks and tools to effectively analyze and approach various organizational situations.
• To integrate course materials with your own workplace experiences.
• To reflect upon your own beliefs, assumptions, and behaviors with respect to how individuals, groups, and organizations act. |
